Chuyên Gia Giải Pháp Dome Hoa Nhà Kính - Greenhouse Dome/etfe Solutions Expert

• Tư vấn giải pháp tổng thể cho Dome hoa nhà kính từ thiết kế, kết cấu, vật liệu đến công nghệ vận hành.

• Tư vấn lựa chọn vật liệu bao che phù hợp: kính, ETFE, polycarbonate và các vật liệu chuyên dụng.

• Tư vấn hệ thống làm lạnh, thông gió, kiểm soát nhiệt độ – độ ẩm – ánh sáng nhằm tạo môi trường sinh trưởng tối ưu cho hoa.

• Nghiên cứu, đề xuất giải pháp kiểm soát vi khí hậu phù hợp với từng nhóm hoa, đặc biệt các loài hoa đặc thù, khó trồng trong điều kiện tự nhiên tại Việt Nam.

• Tư vấn giải pháp tiết kiệm năng lượng, tối ưu chi phí đầu tư và vận hành.

• Phối hợp với chuyên gia cây trồng, đơn vị thiết kế, kỹ thuật và nhà thầu để hoàn thiện giải pháp Dome.

• Provide end-to-end consulting services for the greenhouse flower dome project, covering conceptual design, structural engineering, material selection, and operational technologies.

• Advise on and select the most appropriate cladding and glazing materials, including glass, ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene), polycarbonate, and other specialized agricultural films.

• Consult on the integration of advanced cooling, ventilation, and automated environmental control systems to regulate temperature, humidity, and lighting levels for optimal plant growth.

• Conduct research and propose precise microclimate control solutions tailored to specific flower varieties, especially high-value, delicate, or exotic species that are challenging to cultivate in Vietnam's natural climate.

Propose sustainable, energy-saving solutions to optimize both initial capital expenditure (CAPEX) and long-term operational expenditure (OPEX).

• Act as the technical liaison, collaborating closely with agronomists, horticulturists, architects, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure the seamless execution of the unified Dome solution.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành Kiến trúc, Xây dựng, Công nghệ môi trường hoặc ngành liên quan.

• có tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế về thiết kế và thi công trong lĩnh vực nhà kính, dome, ETFE

• Am hiểu sâu về tiêu chuẩn, quy chuẩn quốc tế về công trình xanh và phát triển bền vững

• Tiếng Anh tốt, giao tiếp lưu loát, có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related fields.

• At least 5 years 5 years of hands-on experience in the design, engineering, and construction of high-tech greenhouses, domes, and ETFE structures.

• In-depth understanding of international standards, building codes, and regulations regarding green buildings and sustainable development (e.g., LEED, LOTUS, or equivalent)

• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to fluently read and comprehend technical documents, engineering blueprints, and specialized materials.
