Location

Truong Son Wind Power Project (Bolikhamxai, Laos).

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Chinese to Vietnamese translation, including written translation, on-site translation for meetings and on-site construction translation.
• Manage project files, including technical documents, meeting minutes, logistics documents and correspondence etc.
• Be responsible for procuring site office supplies and coordinating vessel, apartment, and car rentals; handle communication and coordination for rental processes and temporary site facilities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Be proficient in Chinese Mandarin. English is a plus.
• Have strong communication and coordination ability
• Be diligent and have strong sense of responsibility.
• The Wind Farm Project Assistant will work at the wind project sites according to Service Manager’s assignment and live with project engineers at workdays.
• The Project Assistant will travel between different provinces if work requires.
• Enjoy working in teams and communicating with various stakeholders.
