I/ Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, assign tasks, and supervise production activities to ensure smooth production progress.

- Ensure process compliance and stable operations.

- Ensure quality control and compliance with the standards.

- Monitor, train, and periodically evaluate production personnel to ensure effective performance and skill development.

- Ensure EHS compliance and proper PPE usage.

- Accurately record production data, incidents, and equipment downtime; prepare periodic production reports and maintain production documents.

- Drive continuous improvement in production.

II/ Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with major in Inorganic, metallurgical or material

- More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company with the same position.

- Communication skills and teamwork mindset.

- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and their application in manufacturing processes.

- Production Planning and Coordination Skills

- Skills in tracing, analyzing, and solving problems

- Having knowledge of steel manufacturing and metallurgy is an advantage

- Highly responsible, honest, and able to work under pressure

- Candidates living in Ba Ria Vung Tau or those able to relocate to Ba Ria Vung Tau for work are preferred.

- English skill: proficient in communication and reporting.
