Tuyển dụng CAD Pattern Maker (Associate) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Check and verify basic patterns and assist in performing size grading based on customer technical specifications and measurement charts.

• Support the creation of costing markers and bulk fabric consumption markers, learning to ensure optimal material utilization.

• Generate PDF files for artworks, pattern plots, and mini markers to support the Sample Room and Factory Production teams.

• Maintain organized and accurate CAD digital archives, pattern files, and marker efficiency records in the company database/PLM system.

• Communicate daily with Design, Sample Room, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment, pattern accuracy, and timely delivery.

• Learn and apply CAD software features to continuously improve marker-making efficiency and minimize fabric waste.

• Attend internal technical training sessions and support senior members in daily operational CAD tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–6 years of experience or fresh graduate with an educational background relevant to Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Sewing, or Textile fields.

• Basic-to-solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making principles, and fabric characteristics.

• Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency for written and spoken technical communication.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about the garment manufacturing industry.

• Experienced candidates or graduates familiar with Lectra, Style CAD, or Optitex systems are preferred.
