• The Buyer Intern will support daily coordination with suppliers and buyers while monitoring purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Order Follow-up
• Monitor and track purchase orders from placement to delivery.
• Anticipate, resolve, and escalate issues arising during the order fulfillment process.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with team members and internal departments regarding relevant issues, updates, or changes.
• Prepare and maintain reports on business activities, progress, and status using assigned systems and tools.
• Escalate issues and concerns to the manager when necessary.
• Team Support
• Assist the team with sourcing, quotations, order follow-up, and other merchandising activities.
• Handle product sample labeling, packing, storage, and delivery.
• Organize and maintain product samples in the showroom.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3rd-year, final-year students, or fresh graduates in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• No prior work experience required.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Familiar with sourcing, market analysis, competition, and legal requirements.
• Understanding of commercial standards and business ethics.
• Basic technical knowledge of products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Results-oriented with a strong teamwork mindset, collaborative mindset, well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Salary: 3,000,000 VND/month + personal laptop allowance, free parking.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
• Work location: 163 Phan Dang Luu Street, Ward 1, Cau Kieu District, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Internship duration: 6 months.
