Role Purpose:

The PMO is responsible for providing overall program governance, coordination, and oversight throughout all phases of the transformation program. This role ensures effective planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional integration to support successful delivery of pilot, rollout, and business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program planning, tracking & governance (Pilot, Soft Roll-out, Full Roll-out).

• Facilitate SteerCo meetings; prepare reporting packs & dashboards.

• Maintain risk log, issue tracker, RAG status across Pods.

• Support communication, newsletters, and SteerCo updates.

• Ensure knowledge capture & handover into BAU.

Deliverables / OKRs:

• Pilot & Roll-out master plan maintained & updated weekly.

• 100% of SteerCo sessions supported with up-to-date dashboards.

• Risks/issues tracked & escalated within 48h.

• Pilot → Roll-out transition completed on time with no governance gaps.

• Final transformation playbook handed over to BAU by Sep 2025.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or PMO roles; experience in FMCG or retail transformation projects is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and tools, including project planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management, and governance reporting.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across multiple functions and organizational levels.

• Strong analytical mindset with proven organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration platforms such as • Notion, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
