Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, or related functions.

Experience improving business processes within Finance Operations, Procurement, Financial Shared Services, or related financial functions.

Strong knowledge of process analysis, process mapping, process redesign, and Lean methodologies.

Experience identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements.

Ability to translate business requirements into actionable improvement initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centers (SSC).

Familiarity with digital transformation, process automation, or business process management initiatives.

Exposure to automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Redwood, KNIME, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar solutions.

Experience using data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure process performance.

Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with global business operations and process standardization initiatives.
