-          In charge of maintaining and expanding the Services range in Circle K/ Phụ trách việc duy trì và mở rộng dải dịch vụ tại Circle K.

-          Closely work with related teams internally and partners to ensure the smooth operation of services in both customer service, system and new service development/ Làm việc chặt chẽ với các bộ phận nội bộ liên quan và các đối tác để đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru các dịch vụ cả về mặt dịch vụ khách hàng và hệ thống cũng như phát triển dịch vụ mới.

-          Negotiate partnership terms and sign contracts to optimize long-term win-win benefits; maintain and expand existing partner networks for long-term campaigns. / Đàm phán, ký kết hợp đồng mang lại lợi ích win-win; đồng thời duy trì và mở rộng mạng lưới đối tác hiện hữu cho chiến lược dài hạn.

-          Support the line manager in executing projects from preparation and pilot testing to official launch and coordinate with departments to ensure quality and deadlines. / Hỗ trợ Quản lý trực tiếp từ khâu chuẩn bị, chạy thử nghiệm đến ra mắt chính thức và điều phối các phòng ban để đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ.

-          Closely monitor with reports of the services performance at Circle K and store level/ Theo dõi chặt chẽ với các báo cáo về hiệu suất dịch vụ tại Circle K và cửa hàng.

-          Handle market research and reports. / Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường và lập các báo cáo theo yêu cầu.

-          Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý trực tiếp.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

-          Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên.

-          Having experience in retail, Fintech, advertising is an advantage/ Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ, Fintech, quảng cáo là một lợi thế.

-          Up to date, open to new ideas & tech savvy/ Cập nhật xu hướng mới, sẵn sàng đón nhận ý tưởng mới, yêu thích công nghệ.

-          Strong problem solving, attention to details and can-do attitude/ Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt, tỉ mỉ và thái độ làm việc tích cực.

-          Good interpersonal skills & communication in both Vietnamese and English/ Kỹ năng kết nối và giao tiếp tốt bằng cả tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh.

-          Must be computer literate in Word, Power Point and excellent in Excel/ Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng: Word, Power Point và đặc biệt là Excel.
