1. Business Development & Partnership Development

- Identify and develop opportunities with corporates, government agencies, universities, technology companies and ecosystem partners.

- Understand partners’ needs and identify relevant startups, technologies or collaboration opportunities.

- Arrange meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, and follow up opportunities toward concrete partnerships.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.

2. Startup Partnership & Commercialization

- Work closely with the Head of Innovation to engage startups and to understand startup business models, technologies and commercial propositions, and identify opportunities for Sunwah to create value together.

- Develop and coordinate potential POCs, pilots, technology adoption, distribution, strategic partnerships and joint go-to-market opportunities.

- Match startups with suitable corporate or ecosystem partners and follow opportunities through to potential commercial engagement.

3. Innovation Programs & Ecosystem Development

- Support the development and implementation of innovation programs, startup challenges and corporate innovation initiatives.

- Identify and engage organizations that may sponsor, commission or partner on innovation programs, including corporates, government agencies and universities.

- Develop program concepts, partnership models, proposals and business cases.

- Identify opportunities to turn programs into longer-term commercial partnerships

- Represent Sunwah Innovations at selected meetings and ecosystem events.

- Build relationships with startups, investors, accelerators and other ecosystem players.

- Track opportunities, coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up and execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, startups, technology, innovation or related fields.

• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

• Outgoing, confident and comfortable building relationships with new people.

• Good business and commercial understanding.

• Strong communication, research, presentation and follow-up skills.

• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel/Google Sheets and common productivity tools.

• Preferred: Experience with startups, technology companies, corporate innovation, innovation ecosystem, POCs/pilots or partnership development.
