• Conduct outbound voice outreach to potential B2B clients in Vietnam, and non-voice outreach to potential B2B clients in both Vietnam and overseas markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore), by researching and identifying prospects.
• Introduce the value of Synergix ERP solutions to prospective customers.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements.
• Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and update outreach activities in the system.
• Achieve KPIs related to outreach activities, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and provide feedback on market responses.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales are a plus.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented, with a willingness to follow up consistently with prospects.
• Good research and information-gathering skills.
• Willingness to learn about ERP and business software.
• No prior ERP or software experience required; training will be provided.

• Salary: 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND + KPI/incentive.
