LEAP builds and operates an online travel booking platform serving multiple customer channels. We are looking for a Business Analyst who will own features from requirements to release: analyzing what needs to be built, then testing to make sure it is built right.

Requirements Analysis

• Work with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
• Write user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, use cases, and business flows
• Create process diagrams and basic wireframes/mockups
• Act as the go-to person for business questions from the dev team throughout development
• Manage requirement changes and keep documentation up to date
• Analyze operational data and production issues to propose product improvements

Quality Support (as needed)

• Verify that delivered features meet the agreed acceptance criteria before release
• Support the team and clients during acceptance testing (UAT)

Your Skills and Experience

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or as a QC/Tester with hands-on requirements analysis
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Experience working on both the product design and technical sides of product development
• Experience working with clients/stakeholders to manage the development of their product
• Solid test case design and hands-on testing skills, including API testing (Postman or similar)
• Clear, structured documentation skills and good English reading/writing
• Available to start immediately or within a short notice period

Nice to Have

• Strong experience on QC/Tester
• Deep knowledge of mobile and web products
• Product mindset: ability to think MVP and focus on the highest-priority features
• Experience in travel, airline, e-commerce, or payment domains
• Basic SQL for data verification
