Mục tiêu: Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ MDM từ thị trường và khách hàng, chuyển đổi thành đặc tả kỹ thuật chi tiết, đảm bảo sản phẩm MDM đáp ứng đúng nhu cầu quản lý thiết bị di động của doanh nghiệp Việt Nam.
Purpose: Analyze MDM business requirements from the market and customers and translate them into detailed technical specifications, ensuring the MDM product accurately meets the mobile device management needs of Vietnamese enterprises.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Nghiên cứu thị trường MDM, phân tích đối thủ (Scalefusion, Hexnode, ManageEngine) để xác định feature gap
Research the MDM market and analyze competitors (Scalefusion, Hexnode, ManageEngine) to identify feature gaps.
2. Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu từ khách hàng tiềm năng (doanh nghiệp, trường học, bệnh viện)
Gather and analyze requirements from potential customers (enterprises, schools, hospitals).
3. Viết Product Requirements Document (PRD) và User Stories chi tiết cho từng tính năng MDM
Write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and detailed User Stories for each MDM feature.
4. Thiết kế user flows, wireframes cơ bản và phối hợp với UI/UX Designer
Design user flows and basic wireframes, and collaborate with the UI/UX Designer.
5. Định nghĩa acceptance criteria rõ ràng cho mỗi user story
Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story.
6. Tham gia sprint planning, grooming, review — đóng vai trò Product Owner phụ trợ
Participate in sprint planning, grooming and review sessions, acting as an assistant Product Owner.
7. Phân tích dữ liệu sử dụng sản phẩm để đề xuất cải tiến tính năng
Analyze product usage data to propose feature improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

YÊU CẦU/ REQUIREMENTS
Học vấn: Cử nhân CNTT, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc ngành liên quan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
Kinh nghiệm: 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm BA tại công ty phần mềm. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm B2B SaaS
Experience: 2–4 years of BA experience at a software company. B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
Kỹ năng kỹ thuật
Technical Skills        

• Phân tích yêu cầu: Use case diagrams, user story mapping, process flow
• Wireframing: Figma, Balsamiq hoặc tương đương
• Agile/Scrum methodology, hiểu biết về sprint workflow
• SQL cơ bản để truy vấn dữ liệu phân tích
• Hiểu biết về MDM concepts: device enrollment, policy, compliance, app management

• Requirements analysis: use case diagrams, user story mapping, process flows
• Wireframing: Figma, Balsamiq or equivalent
• Agile/Scrum methodology; understanding of the sprint workflow
