1. BRAND MARKETING | EMPOINT

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, annual marketing plans, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns (IMC).
• Lead campaign execution across digital, social media, PR, KOL/KOC, e-commerce, and consumer activations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of brand positioning, consumer insights, and campaign planning.
• Good project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good command of English for communication and presentation.

2. CREATIVE LEAD | YAM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative concepts, campaign ideas, and key visual directions for social-first campaigns.
• Develop creative direction and visual storytelling aligned with social platforms and target audiences.
• Supervise creative execution, quality control, and social content production.
• Lead and mentor the Creative/Content/Post-production team.
• Develop case studies and oversee production for key or strategic clients when required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a creative, social, or digital agency.
• Strong creative thinking, art direction, and visual/content development skills.
• Experience in creative supervision, quality control, and social content production.
• Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• A portfolio showcasing projects you led as Creative Lead is required.

3. STRATEGY PLANNER | YAM

Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends, audience behavior, competitors, and emerging social content formats.
• Analyze content and campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
• Develop campaign strategies, audience insights, communication approaches, and content recommendations.
• Support client pitches, strategic presentations, campaign reviews, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Sales teams to translate insights into effective campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Content Strategy, Social Strategy, or a related role.
• Previous experience in a social agency, with hands-on involvement in social content planning and campaign strategy.
• Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Good understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and digital trends.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
