ABOUT SLIMCASE

• Slimcase is a fast-growing consumer accessories brand in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, known for stylish, premium, and lightweight phone cases. We combine thoughtful design, strong aesthetics, and a customer-centric mindset to bring joy to everyday life.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• You will define how Slimcase looks, feels, and expresses itself through products, branding, and content. By combining strong creative vision with an understanding of consumer lifestyles and trends, you will develop distinctive product aesthetics, brand experiences, and creative campaigns.
• You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who owns consumer research, marketing strategy, and channel performance, to translate market insights into compelling creative directions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BRAND & CREATIVE DIRECTION

• Define and evolve Slimcase's visual identity, brand aesthetics, and creative principles.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across products, packaging, campaigns, e-commerce, social media, and retail.
• Develop creative concepts that strengthen Slimcase's differentiation and brand desirability.

2. CONSUMER-INFORMED PRODUCT & BRAND CREATIVITY

• Build a strong understanding of target consumers' lifestyles, tastes, and aesthetic preferences.
• Translate consumer insights and market trends into creative opportunities in collaboration with Marketing.
• Lead the aesthetic direction of product collections, including styles, colors, materials, finishes, and design language, working closely with Product Development and Industrial Design.
• Explore creative concepts for new product categories that fit Slimcase's brand vision.

3. DESIGN & CONTENT LEADERSHIP

• Lead and develop the design and content teams, setting creative standards and priorities.
• Guide visual design, art direction, storytelling, copywriting, and video concepts.
• Turn marketing briefs into clear creative concepts and execution guidelines.
• Manage creative quality, timelines, and external freelancers or agencies when needed.

• 5+ years of experience in creative, branding, design, or related fields, with experience leading a creative team.

• Strong portfolio in brand identity, art direction, campaigns, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent aesthetic judgment and understanding of consumer, lifestyle, and design trends.

• Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling creative and product concepts.

• Experience managing both design and content creation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-growing business.
