The BIM Coordinator will work closely with our headquarters in Korea, local project teams, and clients. This position will support the overall BIM process, including reviewing project requirements, preparing BIM documentation, managing project models, and providing BIM training to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client and project-specific BIM requirements

• Communicate and coordinate BIM requirements with the Korean headquarters and project stakeholders

• Prepare, maintain, and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Develop, review, coordinate, and update project BIM models

• Manage BIM model quality and information consistency

• Identify BIM coordination issues and support their resolution

• Provide BIM software and workflow training to clients and project participants

• Prepare BIM-related reports, manuals, presentations, and training materials

• Support the implementation of Taesung SNI’s BIM standards and workflows in Vietnam projects

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering, or a related field

• Certificate of completion from an official BIM training program

• Practical understanding of BIM workflows and project coordination

• Ability to create, review, and manage BIM models and related documents

• Proficiency in Autodesk Forma

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to communicate effectively in either Korean or English for collaboration with our Korean headquarters

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing or managing BIM Execution Plans

• Experience working on international projects or collaborating with overseas teams

• Experience using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or other BIM tools

• Experience providing BIM training or technical support to clients
