Job Description

We are currently looking for three Backend Developers across different seniority levels: Junior, Mid-level, and Senior to join our software development team.

We are looking for candidates with strong programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills to develop and maintain enterprise applications.

The ideal candidates should have a solid understanding of core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms, along with hands-on experience in Python and SQL. We value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn and adapt to different technologies over experience with specific frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications with complex business logic.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with SQL databases to manage and process data.
• Analyze existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and debug technical problems.
• Optimize application logic and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Backend Development or Software Engineering (for Junior level); relevant experience and demonstrated technical capabilities for Mid-level and Senior candidates.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Strong programming fundamentals and a solid understanding of core programming concepts.
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, lists, stacks, functions, conditions, and basic algorithmic concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to understand existing codebases, trace errors, debug issues, and work with unfamiliar systems.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical approaches and problem-solving methods.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and adapt to different technical environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP, financial systems, healthcare software, or other enterprise applications.
• Experience working with complex business logic and large-scale applications.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks, software architecture, and development best practices.
