1-3 Years of relevant experience in software engineering or product developer
Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proven ability to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready products.
Good product and UI/UX sense, with a focus on simple and intuitive user experiences.
Fast learner who embraces new tools, AI, and emerging technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a small team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a hands-on mindset and a bias toward getting things done.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, databases, networking, and security.
Experience building and operating reliable, scalable production systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containers, and modern deployment workflows.
Experience integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into real-world products.
Contributions to open-source projects, personal projects, or other work that demonstrates engineering craftsmanship.
