We are looking for qualified candidates for the following vacancy in Hanoi office located at Floor 12, Pacific Place, No. 83B Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Viet Nam:

Duties:

As an Associate, you will work closely with the Partners and other lawyers to provide high-quality legal services to local and international clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda and opinions.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, legal documents, and transaction documents.

• Advising clients on corporate, commercial, investment, and other legal matters.

• Assisting in M&A, licensing, due diligence, and other transactional matters, where applicable.

• Assisting with arbitration, dispute resolution, and related proceedings.

• Liaising with clients, government authorities, counterparties, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Supporting business development activities, including preparing proposals and client presentations.

• Supervising and mentoring trainees or junior associates, where appropriate.

• Performing other legal and professional assignments as delegated by the Partners.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.

• Completion of the Lawyer Professional Training Course.

• Obtained lawyer practicing license is required.

• Overseas education or international academic experience will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience at law firm.

• Experience in corporate law and arbitration is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written skills in Vietnamese and English;

• Willing to learn and deep learning, absorb knowledge;

• Professional;

• Teamwork (the ability to be a useful member of a team);

• Carefulness;

• Meeting deadline.
