PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

• Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a
• Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and organized management of the warehouse operations; responsible for managing inventory, coordinating receiving and shipping activities, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; maintain a well-functioning warehouse that supports production and meets customer demands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Warehouse Operations Support
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure warehouse processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor daily operational performance and report issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate warehouse activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• 2. Inventory Management
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and routine inventory verification activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Material Planning, Purchasing, and Production teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP/WMS system.
• 3. Warehouse Layout and Organization
• Support warehouse layout optimization to maximize storage utilization and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, identification, and handling of materials.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• 4. Team Supervision
• Supervise warehouse staff in daily operations and provide guidance when required.
• Support training and onboarding activities for warehouse employees.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.
• 5. Performance and Continuous Improvement
• Track warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, receiving efficiency, and productivity.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• 6. Compliance and Safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, ESD requirements, and safety regulations.
• Support warehouse audits and corrective action implementation.
• Promote safe working practices and environmental compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• 2. Experience: minimum of 3 years experience a Assistant Warehouse Manager or a similar role.

3. Others

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
