Assistant Manager, Features Planning - Strategy & Planning, ShopeeFood

Identify business growth opportunities from a buyer journey perspective, make data-driven decisions and collaborate with other functions to plan feature enhancements to deliver business objectives.
Key contact point for feature-related issues from the business team. Understand both business big picture direction and daily operations in order to suggest impactful product solutions to address business problems in short-term and long-term.
In charge of the end-to-end features development cycle from planning pipeline, aligning feature requirements, to testing, rolling out to users, driving product adoption and conducting change management.
Understand how a feature impacts on business performance & continuously review feature performance in order to raise necessary improvements.
Stay curious and updated with industry standards and innovations in and out of the region, and be able to propose how to apply learnings into feature development to drive business growth.

Minimum 5 years working experience in similar roles (For eg. Business Product Manager, Business Analyst, etc.). While this role is more product-facing, it is important that the candidate has business acumen.
Solid computer skills is a must.
Familiar or experienced with testing methods in the fields of, including but not limited to UI change, Algorithm change, etc. Comfortable comprehending complex data sets and understanding the complex dynamics of business metrics.
Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills. Able to make independent decisions within scope and have a can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal. Be able to communicate effectively in both technical language as well as business language to various stakeholders.
Have a curious & open mind. Work with dedication and capable of working with different products and projects. Strong stakeholder management & project management skills.
Thrives working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Foundation on UI/UX & Product Management skill is a plus.
