About The Weekend Studio

The Weekend Studio is Creative & Production Studio where execution and practicality go hand in hand with Creativity.

We are looking for a talented Art Director to lead our visual storytelling, oversee creative production, and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice.

What You Will Do

• Creative Ideation: Conceptualize campaign way-ins, visual assets, and other formats to support the core idea.
• Art Direction & Production: Lead visual concepts, oversee photography and video production, and ensure a premium visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Client & Strategy Alignment: Actively participate in client debriefs and discussions to ensure that creative and communication objectives perfectly align with their overarching business goals.
• Execution & Coordination: Obtain approval of final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations. Oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production for cross-organizational use.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or equivalent creative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Creative Vision: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in art direction, visual storytelling, and attention to business objectives.
• Leadership & Execution: Strong execution skills in the production phase, with the ability to lead, provide feedback, and manage timelines for the Design, Illustrator, and Visualizer teams.
• Key Skills: Art Direction, Creative Ideation, Photography/Video Production, Communication Planning.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Salary: 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 VND/month (based on experience).
• Working Format: Hybrid (On-site in HCMC 1-2 day(s)/week OR upon request from the Project or Team Lead).
• Contractor Note: As this is a Contractor position, please note that benefits do not include Health Insurance, Social Insurance, or a 13th-month salary.
• Location: 04, No.27 Street, An Khánh, Thu Duc City (on-site occasion)
