This position reports to the Head of Credit Middle Group, BCAPD-VN-CMG

Job Description: The successful candidate will join the Credit Middle Group of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City Branch (HCM CMG), and will be mainly responsible for credit administration control for the branch, including the following:

• Credit administration control

- Reviewing credit documentation against approved credit terms and conditions

- Checking conditions precedent before credit line registration or renewal

- Registering credit facilities and collaterals in the relevant systems

- Maintaining safe custody of loan-related documents

- Controlling due dates for credit facilities and collaterals

- Monitoring covenants and performing covenant compliance checks

- Monitoring and following up on pending documents required under credit agreements for credit line registration

- Monitoring credit facilities and ensuring compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements

• Reporting

- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting credit-related reports within the department, to relevant departments within the Branch, Head Office, and external authorities in a timely and accurate manner.

• Others: Performing other credit administration control tasks and duties as assigned by the Department Head and Management.

Required Skills/Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in credit administration or related functions at foreign bank branches

- Good command of English reading, writing, and speaking skills

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure

- High level of integrity, enthusiasm, adaptability, and teamwork

Preferred language for received applications:

- English

Education Required:

- University degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Years of Experience Required:

- At least 5–7 years of experience in the banking industry

Monthly Salary: Negotiable
