Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated
• AI Engineer to join our growing team. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and solutions that solve real-world problems. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in artificial intelligence while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
• Work with large datasets: preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and labeling.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI algorithms (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems).
• Optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate models into production.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI systems.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings.

Required skills/Experience

• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Understanding of ML algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Knowledge of APIs and model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, Docker, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field (Software Engineering).
• TOEIC score: ≥650 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in NLP (transformers, LLMs) or computer vision (CNNs, OpenCV).
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with distributed systems (Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn).
