Key Responsibilities

Partner Portfolio Management — Maintain accurate partner profiles and information (language, GEO, team details, performance data). Track and update missing or outdated information.

New & Reactivation Partners — Monitor progress of new partner acquisition and inactive partner reactivation. Identify bottlenecks and escalate delays.

Deal Management — Update deal information, verify completeness of submissions, and track pending approvals and PO requests.

Performance Tracking — Monitor partner performance metrics (leads, AR, ROI, traffic). Highlight deviations from targets and identify issues.

Compliance Monitoring — Track partner compliance with advertising rules and guidelines. Escalate violations or risks.

Competitor Intelligence — Maintain and update competitor data (offers, GEO, AR, PO) to inform strategy.

GEO & Market Development — Support market development initiatives, track priorities, and identify opportunities in target regions.

Cross-functional Coordination — Process and track requests (banners, dashboards, SOPs, offers, PO exceptions) through approval workflows.

Testing & Exploration — Support testing of new partner categories and products. Track results and outcomes.

Team Operations — Assist with onboarding, maintain SOPs and documentation, and manage task tracking systems.

Must Have

Must Have

1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, affiliate operations, digital marketing operations, or a similar role.

Good understanding of CPA / affiliate marketing concepts, including publishers, Webmasters, media buyers, offers, GEOs, leads, AR, PO and traffic performance.

Strong analytical and data-management skills.

Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with large amounts of partner and deal information.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards, spreadsheets and task-management tools.

Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.

Ability to identify issues proactively rather than simply waiting for instructions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with changing priorities.

Good command of Russian and Native Vietnamese

Nice to Have

Experience in Nutra, COD, CPA networks, media buying, lead generation or performance marketing.

Experience working with international publishers or Webmasters.

Experience with affiliate platforms, tracking systems or traffic analytics tools.

Knowledge of Asian or LATAM affiliate markets.

Russian or other relevant GEO language is a plus.
