• KOL/KOC Management: Search, approach, and build strategic partnerships with KOLs/KOCs (Mini, Mid, and Macro levels) in the fields of Grocery, Health & Beauty. Maintain and nurture long-term professional relationships.
• Campaign Execution: Develop and manage a comprehensive database of suitable KOLs tailored to specific brand requirements and campaign goals.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations and finalize collaboration terms, including commission rates, content deliverables, and timelines.
• Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of KOLs' deliverables (videos, livestreams, posts) to ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines and targets.
• Content Strategy: Strategize and plan creative content for livestream sessions, including concept creation, main brief flow, and scripting.
• Administration & Reporting: Manage internal cross-functional meetings, oversee contract paperwork, and provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports on campaign ROI and work progress.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL/KOC Management, or a similar role. Deep understanding of the Grocery, Health & Beauty market, especially on the TikTok platform.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and consistently meet KOL monthly targets.
• Communication Skills: Highly skilled in negotiating, persuading, and working confidently and tactfully with KOLs at various tiers and internal stakeholders.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Language: Good English communication skills are a strong advantage.
