1. Treasury & Cash Management

- Monitors daily cash positions and develops accurate forecasts to ensure the organization meets all operational and debt obligations

- Work with ECL Treasury and bank to optimize the company’s capital structure by managing debt portfolios, investing excess cash, Fx and ensuring strict regulatory compliance

2. Tax Management

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations in daily work. Maintain periodic updates of accounting and taxation regulations to facilitate the implementation, guidance, and resolution of all tax and accounting-related matters for relevant parties.

- Coordinate with EAGS, ECL, consultancy and relevant stakeholders to gather and prepare financial data, documents and reports as per ECL, EAGS and local regulations and requirements and internal, external audits/inspections.

3. Finance & Accounting Management

- Responsible for leading team to oversee the recording of accounting entries, financial transactions with accuracy and consistency; ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and internal SOP & policies.

- Responsible for the preparation of financial and statutory reports in accordance with the timelines and standards set by ECL, EAGS, and relevant government authorities; assist FD and GD in formulating timely and suitable business strategies.

4. Finance Business Partner

- Coordinate and manage annual business plan (BP), mid and long-term plan as set by ECL/EAGS by defining timelines, providing guidance and templates, consolidating and challenging submitted data to achieve results.

- Partner and communicate with the Business Units, providing relevant financial information to achieve business results.

5. People & Project Management

- Provide support/management/leader role to projects carried out in the Finance Department

- Regular review, assessment and coaching of team to best optimize the available resources

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or Auditing

- Familiar with pharmaceutical industry and Big 4 working experience & professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) is a plus

- Experienced in preparing financial statements

- In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS

- Knowledge of tax regulations and tax audit processes

- Fluent in English communication skills

- Chief Accountant Certificate

- At least 3 years working at the same level/ position
