• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the 2D Team Leader to develop innovative, functional, and production ready furniture solutions that align with client requirements and project objectives.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare accurate, high quality technical drawings and detailed documentation using AutoCAD.

• Specifications and Standards: Develop and maintain a comprehensive hardware master list, including production codes, technical specifications, and applicable furniture industry standards.

• Quality Control: Review technical drawings, construction details, and prototypes to ensure compliance with design intent, production requirements, and quality standards.

• Research and Innovation: Research industry trends, especially hardware solutions, and updated construction techniques to support continuous improvement.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal departments such as 3D team, production team, BOM team member, packaging team member, PU and planning team to ensure timely timelines and technical requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Two to three years of proven experience as a 2D Technician, Technical Drafter, or in a similar role, preferably within the furniture industry.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of technical drawings, furniture construction, hardware components, and manufacturing processes.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player who can work effectively under pressure and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow.

• Problem-solving: Creative and analytical thinking, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to technical and production challenges.

• File and Portfolio Management: Strong ability to organize, maintain, and update master drawing files, technical documents, hardware specifications, and project portfolios in a clear and systematic manner.
