Talent Acquisition

• Collaborate on planning and deploying sourcing and attracting potential candidates (especially for high level positions).
• Collaborate on planning periodic recruitment budgets and workforce planning.
• Manage the end-to-end talent search process, including sourcing, profile and phone screening, coordinating discussion schedules, and preparing proposals and offer letters. 
• Implement the onboarding process to help new colleagues integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.

Employer branding

• Plan and implement employer branding programs to increase potential candidate awareness.
• Collaborate on planning and executing programs to attract young talents.
• Organize activities to build the work environment and foster internal communications and engagement with colleagues.

Deep knowledge of workforce within company

• Work closely with HOD across various designated business functions to create or update suitable JDs for every personnel acquisition request.
• Manage the relationship with the internal manager, ensure that the service is constantly aligned with business requirements.

Others

• Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in sourcing and hiring high level positions.
• Ability to build and maintain good internal relationships with other departments.
• Ability to listen and empathize.
• Negotiating and persuasion skills.
• Logical thinking, active learning spirit, creativity at work.
• TOEIC 700, IELTS 5.0 or higher (or equivalent).
