Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain

5 plus years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, product management or operations.

Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Contract Negotiations, Cost modeling and Financial Analysis, Supply Chain and Manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and data analytics.

15-20 % to North American Operational sites and Supplier’s Facilities in mainly North America.

Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications

• An engineering degree is not mandatory, but advantageous
• Having a Growth mindset, embrace challenges and show persistence in overcoming obstacles
• Strong problem-solving skills, extreme ownership, high level of self-motivation and personal efficiency.
• Ability to use Microsoft copilot AI tools for excel file analysis and editing, any repetitive tasks etc.
• Collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional meetings with various departments such as Product Development, Finance and Operations to align on objective, timelines and deliverables.

• The pay range for this position is $129,520 to $222,034. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

• The pay range for this position is $129,520 - $222,034 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
