• Translate business and workforce priorities into recruitment plans, hiring priorities, and team resource allocation.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to define hiring strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Personally lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic positions, including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Establish and monitor TA performance standards, including hiring progress, recruiter productivity, SLA, funnel conversion, and offer acceptance.
• Develop recruiter and sourcer capability through coaching, training, and clear performance expectations.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, reporting, and operating standards.
• Lead strategic TA initiatives including recruitment technology, sourcing programs, process standardization, and talent market mapping.

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including experience leading an in-house recruitment team.
• Strong track record of directly recruiting senior, leadership, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong experience in technical, product, or digital talent markets.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, assessment, offer management, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple business priorities.
