• Control and maintain the spare parts operations.
• Cooperate and participate in activities according to the company policy.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Plan and manage departmental tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Control and monitor spare part receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory count.
• Control and monitor procurement notifications for spare parts to maintain inventory reserves.
• Maintain and improve the process of data input into the SAP to ensure quality.
• Facilitate meetings to ensure cooperation between the maintenance department and other relevant departments.
• Participate in safety, and 5S activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields.
• From 1 to 5 years of experience in sparepart engineering within chemical, petrochemical, refinery, or manufacturing industries.
• Good interpersonal skills; and a good command of English.
• Proficiency in maintenance management processes and SAP training.
