As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health and integrity of the organization. We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and a keen eye for optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights on revenue optimization and cost management.

Financial Reporting:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.

Budget Management:
Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
Identify areas for potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Implement cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle funds.
Collaborate with banking partners to optimize financial transactions.

Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Investor Relations:
Prepare financial presentations and forecasts for investors and stakeholders.
Support fundraising efforts and provide due diligence during investor discussions.
Ensure transparent communication with shareholders regarding the company’s financial health.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Coordinate financial activities across departments and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Provide training and development opportunities to finance team members.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry or International company.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with local and international financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
