Tuyển dụng E-Commerce Merchandising Intern tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Product Listing & Content Optimization
 - Support uploading new products to online platforms following standardized templates. 
 - Collect product information and coordinate with related teams to ensure accurate product data.
 - Assist in editing product images and optimizing product content to meet platform requirements
 - Update and improve existing product listings based on campaign needs or business requests.
2. Campaign & Promotion Support 
 - Collect product information from promotional plans and transfer them into online campaign templates.
- Update weekly promotion templates for partners such as GrabFood and ShopeeFood. 
- Assist in preparing product lists for TikTok livestream sessions (weekly). 
- Support product selection for promotional campaigns and online activations (bi-weekly)
3. Inventory Monitoring (OOS Control)
 - Monitor daily out-of-stock (OOS) status across stores on online platforms.
 - Coordinate with store teams to update stock levels in the system when required. 
 - Support ensuring product availability during campaigns and peak sales periods.
4. Other duties
- Other tasks assigned by EC Deputy Manager 
- Support team members with research and coordination tasks.
5. Rules and Regulations 
- Follow company's policies, rules and regulations. 
- Check, monitor and follow deadline

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. 3rd or final year students at universities, colleges 
2. Abilities to use computer, Office programs 
3 Strong online research and information-gathering skills
