As a
Lead Generative AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI agents and intelligent workflows leveraging modern Generative AI technologies. You will partner with clients, product teams, and engineering leaders to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions.
You will play a key role in helping clients build production-grade AI products using
Azure AI Foundry,
Microsoft Fabric, Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic architectures, and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities
Your Impact
Design, build, and deploy
AI Agents and
Agentic AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
Develop enterprise AI solutions leveraging
LLMs,
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), tool-calling capabilities, memory management, and autonomous agent architectures.
Build scalable AI applications using
Microsoft Fabric, enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
Collaborate with clients, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
Drive end-to-end AI solution development, from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve delivery efficiency, developer productivity, and business outcomes.
Champion best practices for AI engineering, scalability, observability, security, governance, and responsible AI.
Contribute to Publicis Sapient's AI innovation initiatives and help clients move from AI pilots to enterprise-scale adoption.
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions using
Azure AI Foundry.
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data ecosystems.
Strong understanding of
Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI application development.
Experience building AI Agents, agentic workflows, or autonomous AI systems in enterprise environments.
Experience implementing
RAG architectures, semantic search, enterprise knowledge retrieval, and AI-powered automation.
Strong software engineering background with experience in:
Python
API development and integration
Cloud-native architectures
Distributed systems
Enterprise application development
Experience integrating AI solutions with business applications, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
Familiarity with AI orchestration and development frameworks including:
LangGraph
LangChain
LangSmith
Semantic Kernel
AutoGen
Similar agent orchestration frameworks
Experience working in client-facing environments and partnering with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Fluency in English.
Set Yourself Apart
Experience building production-scale multi-agent architectures.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Slingshot, or similar AI-assisted development platforms.
Strong understanding of AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI practices.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, vector databases, and enterprise AI platforms.
Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud automation practices.
Experience delivering AI solutions in consulting or enterprise transformation environments.

Ability to influence clients and stakeholders while translating complex technical concepts into business value.
