• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure the best possible rates and service support.
• Check vendor rates upon receiving inquiries and coordinate with the Sales team to obtain the most competitive rates from vendors.
• Monitor and provide updates on market trends, forecasts, competitors, and suppliers.
• Update tariff rates on the company’s management system once or twice a week.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues arising in relation to shipments.
• Ensure timely provision of competitive rates to the Sales team.
• Prepare and report work plans and performance results to the direct manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Female candidates are preferred.
• Dynamic, eager to learn, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess good communication skills.
• Strong market awareness, good data analysis skills, and proficient in Excel.
• Good English reading and writing skills.

• Basic Salary: VND 15–20 million/month + Bonus (average total income up to VND 25 million/month).
