• Reserve services from suppliers for each booking.

• Communicate with Sales Teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservations.

• Follow assigned tour groups to ensure smooth operations throughout the trip and promptly handle any arising issues.

• Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicles, and suppliers to minimize complaints and our environmental impacts.

• Discuss with our supplier about our responsible tourism commitments and requirements

• Attend scheduled meetings with the Operations Team.

• Raise hot issues with solutions to the Supervisor/ Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 1 year of experience in the same position will be an advantage.

• Good command of verbal & written English. Chinese is a plus.

• Experience in Travel Company and Operations Task.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office & Travel software.

• Interest and/or experience in the travel industry.

• Understanding about sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.

• Very detail-oriented and service-minded.

• Good communication and execution skills.
