• Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems and business-critical applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues within SLA commitments.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using C# .NET, ASP.
  NET, .NET Core, and KendoUI.
• Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and system performance.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Change Management, Release Management, and Deployment activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve operational efficiency and issue resolution.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong hands-on experience in AMS or Production Support environments.
• Expertise in C# .NET, ASP.
  NET, .NET Core, KendoUI, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong experience with SQL optimization, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, ChatGPT, or equivalent GenAI platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding, testing, monitoring, or support automation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI for incident resolution, support automation, documentation generation, and code remediation.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a support-driven environment.
• Good English communication skills (Communicate level or above).
