Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to join MiTek Vietnam’s Innovation Department, where technology drives transformation in the global construction industry. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain innovative software solutions that support business growth and digital innovation. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that create real impact for the construction domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications and features.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business processes, workflows, and product ideas into technical solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new product concepts.
• Build applications using C#, .NET, Unity, and related technologies.
• Integrate UI, data management, and business logic into software products.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and Agile development activities.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
• Share knowledge and support team members when required.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in software development or a related industry.
• Proficiency in C# and application development.
• Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns.
• Experience with .NET technologies.
• Experience with Unity or similar application development platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Git.
• Knowledge of 3D assets, UI development, or interactive applications is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency at CEFR B1+ level or equivalent.
