As a Graphic Designer - UI/UX Oriented (Fresher), you will work closely with the design team to create visual materials for websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand applications. 

This role is suitable for candidates with around 1 year of experience who want to grow further from graphic design into digital design, UI design, website layout, and user experience thinking. 

You already have a solid design foundation and some hands-on experience; you should have a good eye for layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and be ready to take on more ownership in how design works across real digital products.

Requirements 

• Fresher candidate with around 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Design, Communication Design, or related fields. 
• Solid design foundation: layout, typography, color, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy. 
• Proficient in Figma, comfortable working with components, auto layout, and basic design systems. 
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. 
• Interested in UI/UX, website design, digital products, and agency work. 
• Careful with details and willing to revise based on feedback. 
• Responsible, proactive, and open to learning. 
• Portfolio is required, showcasing real projects, UI practice, website redesign concepts, social posts, branding, or digital campaign work. 

Nice to Have 

• At least 1 year of experience designing landing pages, website mockups, app screens, or similar UI/UX projects. 
• Understanding of responsive design for desktop and mobile. 
• Solid understanding of design systems, components, grids, and auto layout in Figma. 
• Interest in branding, content marketing, performance marketing, or web development. 
• Ability to create simple motion graphics or animated content is a plus.
