Customer Service Team Leader (Insurance, Claims Operations Project) [District 6]

The Team Leader will manage a team of 4-5 members providing Claims Operations and Customer Service for electronic device insurance through multiple channels, including hotline, email and other channels.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Work Location: 479 An Duong Vuong, Binh Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. 

• Monitor and control project quality, including reviewing outputs, identifying errors, and proposing corrective actions.
• Manage risks and implement fraud prevention measures.
• Coordinate with the client, partners, and internal departments. 
• Train and guide team members.
• Work closely with the team to implement improvements, ensuring compliance with defined standards and client expectations.
• Prepare reports on productivity, quality metrics and additional reports as management requires.
• Support hands-on claims processing and provide backup coverage as needed 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job requirements: 

• Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in processing non-life insurance or electronic device insurance claims, along with 1–2 years of experience in team management or a supervisory role
• Good English communication
• Strong communication skills, logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle situations effectively, manage risk, and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime on public holidays and provide backup support for claims processing, including weekend shifts on Saturday or Sunday.
