• As a Content Marketing Intern, you will support a variety of content and marketing initiatives that contribute to strengthening Manpower Vietnam's brand presence and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Localizing research reports, blog articles, and marketing materials from English to Vietnamese, ensuring brand consistency, cultural relevance, and audience engagement.
• Developing and preparing content for marketing materials to support design projects and campaign execution.
• Leveraging market data, industry trends, and business insights to identify relevant content opportunities and develop blog topics that enhance Manpower's thought leadership and service visibility.
• Coordinating and supporting content preparation for both internal and partnership events, while facilitating effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assisting in the creation of SEO-friendly content in both English and Vietnamese and supporting content publishing on the company website.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas for marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and brand-building activities.

• We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for content and communication. Ideal candidates should have:
• Strong written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• The ability to create original, engaging, and well-structured content tailored to specific audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or other design and content creation tools is a plus.
• Good visual sense and understanding of how copy and visuals work together.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and positive can-do spirit.
• Availability to commit to the internship for at least 3 to 6 months.
