• Research and identify new markets, industries, target accounts, and business opportunities.
• Build and develop relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market and customer research to understand business needs, industry trends, customer pain points, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, industry events, referrals, and other channels.
• Develop strategic partnerships and business collaboration opportunities to expand Citek’s market presence, ecosystem, and customer network.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, Technical, Marketing, and other relevant teams to develop qualified opportunities and support their conversion into business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support business development strategy and market expansion.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 + years of experience in Business Development, Partnership or related roles in IT/Technology, particularly ERP, SAP or enterprise solutions, is preferred.
• Proven the ability to expand markets, build networks, develop relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, presentation, and business analysis skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives, business owners, or strategic partners is an advantage.
• Proactive, business-oriented, target-driven, and able to create new opportunities independently.
• English: from TOEIC 650 (4 skills)/ IELTS 6.0 or equivalent qualifications
