- Receive, consolidate, and clarify client briefs.
- Participate in brainstorming, ideation, proposal development, and presentation material preparation.
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage project/event execution with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and manage project documentation and paperwork, including quotations, contracts, acceptance records, payment documents, etc.
- Collaborate with Creative/Design/Production teams to ensure deliverables are executed according to the brief and client requirements.
- Support the development of scripts, program content, and other relevant materials.
- Collect project data, visuals, costs, and results to complete project reports.
- Proactively identify, resolve, and report issues arising during project execution.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive or similar position in Advertising/Marketing/IMC/Digital Agency;
- Project management, Market research, and Client service skills.
- Open-minded with a “Can do” attitude, proactive and forward-thinking.
- Positive and integrity, team player, respectful, Teamwork coordination.
- Ability to execute multiple projects in many different industries.
- Confidence in verbal and writing in English is a big plus.
