Tuyển dụng SUSTAINABLE COFFEE PROGRAM MANAGER tại Gia Lai

Recruit, manage, and develop a team of 15 Agronomy Field Officers.

Serve as the technical lead for regenerative coffee production, including providing agronomic guidance to farmers and building the capacity of field teams.

Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders to implement community development activities aimed at improving livelihoods and strengthening climate resilience for participating farmers, particularly in remote and economically disadvantaged areas.

Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with AtSource Sustainable Coffee Program requirements and support the implementation of independent project assessments and evaluations.

Develop work plans, monitor implementation progress, prepare reports, oversee data collection, analyze program performance and impact, and compile stories, photos, and other communication materials.

Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the coffee sector and/or sustainable agriculture.

Proven experience managing field teams and large-scale development projects.

Strong capacity to train field staff and farmers on sustainable agricultural practices.

Experience working with rural communities, particularly in remote areas, is an advantage.

Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.

High level of integrity and a strong passion for sustainability and community development.
