Build reporting templates & dashboards
- Design Excel templates/dashboards from scratch based on specific requirements from
the business and Line Manager
- Standardize file structures for reusability and scalability to accommodate ad-hoc
requests
Data collection & extraction
- Consolidate sell-in/sell-out data from distributors' DMS system
- Extract data from internal ERP systems per channel requirements (GT, MT)
- Clean and standardize raw data before incorporating it into reports
Manage recurring reports
- Update daily/weekly/monthly reports on a fixed schedule
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of figures across reporting periods
Support ad-hoc requests
- Extract data per ad-hoc requests from Line Manager, KAM, and Trade Marketing
- Respond promptly in the requested format, without interpretation/evaluation of the data 
 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Experience: 1.5–3 years of experience in a reporting/data-related role (Reporting, Advanced
Data Entry, Sales Admin with reporting responsibilities)
● Candidates with prior experience building templates/dashboards from raw data (not just filling
in pre-built forms) are preferred
● Skills & Knowledge:
○ Advanced Excel: Power Query, Pivot Tables, lookup functions (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP)
○ Ability to work with raw, multi-source, unstandardized data
○ Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines
● Nice to Have
○ Power BI or Google Data Studio
○ Basic Macro/VBA for report automation
○ Basic SQL 

● Not Required
○ Business analysis experience or strategic thinking
○ Presentation skills or advisory/solution consulting skills for the business
