• Manage, build, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) accurate data for product manufacturing process.
• Input, update, and manage data within the ERP system to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Monitor and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from purchasing raw materials to final production output.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure timely material supply for production schedules.
• Track inventory levels and production progress on the ERP system to prevent shortages or delays.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management in manufacturing.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar manufacturing ERP modules).
• Strong grasp of the full operational flow from purchasing to manufacturing.
• Basic to intermediate English skills (able to read technical/BOM documentation, system interfaces, and write basic emails).
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under production deadlines.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to streamline workflows and boost daily productivity.
• Ability to effectively interact with Generative AI models to assist in data analysis, documentation, and operational troubleshooting.
